Return Policy – Customized Orders

At NorthSota Supply, we take pride in crafting personalized products tailored to your specifications. Due to the custom nature of these items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on customized orders unless the product arrives damaged or there was an error on our part. If item arrives damaged please take pictures of the original packaging prior to opening.
